For starters, he came out to give me a quote just one day after I first inquired (and on a Sunday!). After receiving multiple prior quotes, he was the ONLY contractor who was patient enough to help me understand my options and explaining what my flooring would look like with oil vs water based poly. After truly listening to what I wanted the final product to look like, he provided me with a confident and experienced recommendation. And he provided me a quote on the spot! No waiting around or hassling to finally receive it like the previous three companies I contacted! His quote was fair and made the decision to hire them all the easier.

They started the work on my flooring only 4 days later to accommodate my schedule. Their team showed up on time, friendly and ready to go. They took the time to protect my belongings well and did a great job cleaning up after all the sanding when they were finished.
The best part is that the floor looks amazing! Mauricio & Marcelo are detail oriented and were able to repair damage along with regular wear and tear on my hardwood flooring. Additionally they even repaired a piece when I was not satisfied with the piece originally selected.

I’ve already given numerous verbal recommendations for Melo Hardwood Floors to neighbors and friends. They will definitely be a part of my regular wood flooring upkeep go forward. My floor is so beautiful…I wish I had had the work done years ago!
